Technique Solaire is a French independent producer of solar electricity founded in 2008. The group generated €150 million in revenue in 2022, €200 million in 2023, and €240 million in 2024.
It has 1 GWp of photovoltaic energy production capacity, either operational or under construction worldwide, and operates 3 biogas production units in France.

We are experts in developing, financing, building and operating solar projects.

The company expanded internationally in India (2014) and the Netherlands (2018). We entered the Spanish market in 2022.

Job description:

The position is located in Paris. You report to the Chief International Officer. 

Your will have a global responsibility of the international development activities of the group :

Oversee development phases across countries (origination & development); our subsidiaries abroad being the Netherlands, India and Spain + new market to start in 2026.

Monitors the development of INT. pipeline, (greenfield development, rtb/brownfield acquisitions, partnership) in line with expected returns and the group’s strategy & values.

In close cooperation with country organizations :

1. Follow latest markets trends including competition analysis, change in regulations, new technologies
2. Propose methodologies for, and conduct analysis of new market segments and their relevance for country strategy
3. Set & oversee action plan, per country, to reach the targets of our international Roadmap (via greenfield initiatives, co-development, M&A)
4. Coordinate the support of group function towards responding to public/private actions

Leads definition and execution of processes & tools (e.g. CRM, GIS, project management tools)

Plans & monitors the support of the group’s central organization

Desired knowledge and experience:

• You have knowledge & experience of at least 5 years in the solar/renewables energy industry internationally
• You have successful experience in project development activities (origination, permitting, etc.)
• You speak fluent English
• Full command of Microsoft Office with highest standards of financial modelling and presentation skills
• Ideally, you have a good technical understanding of solar PV projects
• Excellent communication skills
• You are deeply involved, proactive, organized and able to work independently
• You are analytical and capable of summarizing complex topics
