Technique Solaire is a French independent solar power producer, founded in 2008, leading the PV rooftop market in France, India, Netherland & Spain, with more than 260 employees and an annual turnover of 240 million euros.
We are experts in developing, financing, building and operating solar projects. We own and operate 520+ MWp of assets in France, Netherlands and India and have more than 400 MWp in construction and 2,7 GWp of projects in development.
Our Indian subsidiary, Technique Solaire India, has been active since 2015 with approx. 210MW of Operational solar projects (9 ground and 2 rooftop projects) and pipeline of approx. 150-200MW.
We aim to quickly expand our activities in India. Our target is to have 1 GW of operational projects in the country by the end of 2030.
Job description
The position is located at Delhi NCR region, from where you frequently travel to project sites throughout India. You will report directly to the director of our Indian subsidiary and are assisted by our French team when needed.
You will be in charge of managing the greenfield (rooftop, ground-mounted, etc) and will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare detailed project plans for enabling pre-project and pre-EPC award activities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and permits at different project stages
- Monitor EPC project progress, track key milestones, identify and evaluate project risks, develop/suggest mitigation plans, and report on project status to stakeholders
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure adherence to established targets
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and bottlenecks in a timely and effective manner
- Monitor the performance of contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Address stakeholder concerns, maintain positive relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and performance.

Desired knowledge and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Professional certifications in project management tools would be an advantage.
- You have knowledge & experience of managing projects for at least 3 years in the solar energy industry in India & have knowledge of various regulations/approvals pertaining to setting up of a solar project
- You are deeply involved, proactive, organized and able to work independently.
- Competency in MS Office applications with high standards of presentation skills
- Excellent project management skills, including scope management, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment.
- Expert / Proficient in using Planning tools like Primavera, P6, or MS Project in preparing project plans and analyzing critical paths.
- Excellent communication skills with matching business etiquettes
- You speak fluently English and Hindi.
- Ability to join within 30 days would be a plus
